		<description>I think these would be delicious with vegan gravy poured over them -- but that wouldn&#039;t help you with your quest for vegan biscuits &amp; gravy, since they&#039;re not vegan. They have a lot of egg in them, and the egg is a crucial part of how they rise and get super fluffy.

That said, it&#039;s not hard to make vegan biscuits. I&#039;ve made them before and had good results.
