		<description>we used regular white wheat pie crusts from whole foods--a big mistake! the pie tins were perforated with tiny holes on the bottom, so the liquid egg mixture just slowly dripped out the bottom. we quickly put baking sheets under the tins to catch the drips, and overall, not much liquid was lost. but who puts holes in their pie tins? strange.</description>

		<description>I got the pie crusts at Berkeley Bowl, which unfortunately is not a chain. Note that they were just frozen crusts, not entire quiches! Hope you&#039;re able to find some near you. That said, any frozen (or made-from-scratch) crust would work!</description>
